Dekanter Goblin
Dekanters were goblins that was modified by an illithid lich known as the "beast lord". They're short red rhino people that lives in caves and the underdark. They can regenerate like a troll allowing them to return from battle without wounds. They mostly set up shop around the Greypeak mountains west of Anauroch. They have no known pc stats.
