Perhaps a little harsh as there are the some good stories in there (that said as a body of work it does get way to philosophical and convoluted for all, but the most devoted). Best advise is try the Elric books (which formed the basis for elements of D&D and quite a lot of WFB) and if you can enjoy them, maybe try some of the others.
