Ixion is an Immortal of the Sphere of Energy embodying the Sun in the Mystara setting for Dungeons & Dragons.

History

Ixion is one of the oldest Immortals. So old, in fact, that he claims he doesn't remember how he became immortal in the first place. He has been worshipped since ancient times by many different cultures (thus his long list of aliases).

He, alongside Ka, Ordana, and Korotiku, helped shape the Hollow World. Ixion's main task was the creation of a central sun for the world. He created one by opening a permanent portal to the Sphere of Energy that would always emit light and heat into the world.
