Then there's that place where /tg/ and /d/ overlap: monstrous creatures with human features, who want to go on a date. Monstergirls are what happens when Rule 34 gets its hands on a Monster Manual. Sometimes a monstergirl thread will stealth in as a "stat me" thread with a rather feminine looking monster.
Devilgirls and succubii sometimes show up in monstergirl threads, and that's cool. Elves already get laid way too much, and catgirls or werecats are just too weeaboo. Desert insect women? Make a grapple check if you know what I mean.
Living With Monstergirl series
Whenever a monstergirl thread starts, someone will start posting the "Living With _____" aka "My Life With _____" comics. These are one-page cute erotic stories of a man who has a monstergirl live-in girlfriend. The author assures us (in an interview vignette) it's not the same guy two-timing these girls, but actually eight identical brothers who each happened to fall in love with a different monstergirl. yeeeeah, right.
