Previously known as the Lectors of Ixis before the Abyssal Crusade, the Oracles of Change are now a warband of Tzeentch followers, led by Sorceror Lord Amadeus Volkstein, formerly an Epistolary by the name of Vanneus.They say they follow Tzeentch, but their color scheme says Khorne.
