Otroki/Tau System

Planet 1

Molten world that's too close to the star(s) to support life, lots of molten metals/resources. Tau use drones to mine, yet the rate of drone failure is exceptionally high.

Planet 2

Planet 3

Barren world. It used to be a thriving human colony in the distant past, yet some industrial accident made a large chunk of the planet an irradiated wasteland, lots of natural resources. The Tau colony ship crash landed here. The majority of the Tau population in the Sector live here, typically in underground cities or in mining crawlers.

Planet 4

Desert world with large promethium reserves, a buried CSM cruiser and little else.

Planet 5

Agri-world with a series of large continents. Tau have established large automated farms which allow a lot of food to be grown with little actual Tau presence on the world. Single moon has a defence installation with anti-orbital weapons and houses the majority of the actual Tau near the world.

Small Asteroid Field

Small asteroid field and ship graveyard. The asteroids are filled with Tau drones and automated defences, which decimate the periodic Otroki fleets sent to penetrate them. However each fleet manages to destroy several small asteroids, weakening the defence network bit by bit.

Planet 6

Otroki settler world. Sub-tropical like their homeworld, the majority of the Otroki population in the Oestalan Sector is housed here. Orbital defence installations and shipyards ring the planet and it's two moons.

Planet 7

Otroki controlled former human colony, pretty much a feral/feudal world now. The Otroki draw upon the humans for slave labor.

Planet 8

Dead world, it's got strategic value and possibly canyons with a thin atmosphere other than that people have to bring their own
