Poison'd

Poison'd is a RPG about pirates, by Vincent Baker of Dogs in the Vineyard and Kill Puppies for Satan fame. The game is notable in that it departs from the typical swashbuckling, idealised vision of pirates as perpetrated by Pirates of the Caribbean and goes instead for a more "realistic" tone. Your pirates rape, backstab, plunder and curse and how badly your soul has fallen to the Devil's side is part of the mechanic (which resembles other Vincent's games a lot).

There are claims of a playtest where one of the characters decapitated the cabin boy and raped his skull, but the author of this article has not found said playtest despite looking for it. In fact the first official playtest carried out by Vincent and his friends involved very little profanity.
