Summary

The Taudar are an artificial xeno race in the Imperium Asunder setting, a fan remake of the warhammer 40 000 history.

Timeline History

• ca. M05: A sudden Warp rift causes a discontinuity in the expansion of realspace, creating an uprecedented gravitational oscillation.

• ca. M11: Two uncharted star systems miraculously merge as a result, creating a system with two stars orbiting their combined mass center. This combined system has over 26 planets.

• ca. M14: A hithertho unknown intelligent race, the Taudar, inhabiting one of these planets, launches their first satelitte from their homeworld, Ava.

• ca. M16: The same race reaches sufficient technological levels for Planteray Ecology and Terraforming, and begins populating nearby planets.

• ca. M17: The First Interplanetary Civil War breaks out between independently-ruled Taudar planets in the merged star system.

• ca. M18: The space war ends, and the Taudarii Planetary Union is founded, a combined interplanetary government, consisting of 6 planets, and with a total population exceeding 40 billions.

• ca. M20: The Taudarii Planetary Union reaches its peak, controlling 20 of the 26 planets in its system, including several moons, space stations and planetoids, having a total population of nearly 200 billion.

• ca. M21-25: The Taudarii Planetary Union enters a period of economic stagnation due to the lack of Interstellar Travel, and is disbanded in favor of independent planet states.

• ca. M27: The Taudar are discovered by another intelligent species, Mankind, during their Second Age of Strife. Initial reactions are unstable.

• ca. M27: The Taudar and Humans make peace and maintain open trade borders. The Taudar learn the secrets to Interstellar Travel.

• ca. M27: On Ava, the Taudar homeworld, world leaders meet with an enigmatic, golden human figure.

• ca. M28: An unknown virus is discovered in the Taudar populations. Humans are not affected. Nearly half ot the Taudar die.
