Was assigned to investigate the loss of contact with Beta Anphelion, which was found to be experimenting on Tyranids by keeping them in cages like some kind of Xenos Jurassic Park. But no-one in the 41st Millennium had ever seen that film, so the Dinosaurs 'Nids escaped, ate everyone and summoned a hive fleet to come eat everything else.

Despite the best efforts of Solomon Lok, his Elysians and the Red Scorpions, the world was lost.
