Why Play Smaug
Because you are either a massive Dragon or Benedict Cumberbatch fan, that just wants to burn everyone's army to cinders and smile while doing so.
Pros
- You will usually only ever have to bring him for a game.
- He is a really nice model.
- NEARLY UNKILLABLE.
Cons
- He is the same price as a warhound titan (not including arms)
- You will have no friends when you play him in any game.
- If your rival has two or more Avenger bolts (YES DUDES AVENGER BOLTS CAN WIPE OUT SMAUG) you are dead, so skip this game and move on.
- Your opponent's turns will be 80% of the game, so you won't actually play as much
Army Bonus
You dont get one, to quote the army list book "Having a massive fire breathing dragon is a deadly enough bonus as it is".
