Themeta

One Game to rule them all, One Game to find them, One Game to bring them all and in the 4chan bind them

There is no other game but Themeta. All games (Or nearly all) are a part of Themeta, and play a role in a full game.

General Rules

Be sure to play each turn, number of turns, or complete game (Depending on the game and Level in question) from the lowest level upwards.

In other words, play the appropriate number of City turns/games before playing and Country-Level games.

Unless otherwise stated, abilities or outcomes that affect a game on a higher Level affect the same area (Or as close to the same area as possible) on the map for the Higher-level game if the two correspond.

Galaxy Level

Each Planet Level has the following games occurring:

Twilight Imperium

Each planet tile on the game board represents an entire Planet Level, and (Insert game-affecting rules here, as I've never personally played Twilight Imperium)

Race for the Galaxy

Planet Level

Each Planet Level has the following games occurring:

Risk

(Insert some rule about interacting with Galaxy Level games, probably giving a modifier if you win a Risk game and thwart a Galaxy Level attempted attack)

When playing a Risk battle, skip down to the Region Level and play Stratego to determine the victor.

Pandemic

Played simultaneously as Risk (Same turns).

At the start of each Pandemic turn, remove 1 Risk token per disease cube over 1 in the approximate area (So for example Paris with 3 cubes would remove 2 armies from Eastern Europe). If another player so wishes, they may treat your Pawn as a single enemy Army and attack it when passing through their territory. If destroyed, discard all player cards, and replace your Pawn for free in a city you control.

If the Pandemic Lose condition is reached, see below under Zombies Scenarios.

This Pandemic game is only Won when all diseases are Eradicated, not just cured.

(If a Galaxy-Level game has any kind of viral/disease weapons you know of, this should be mentioned here to reset the Pandemic game)

Diplomacy

Diplomacy is played roughly analogous to Risk turns. Diplomacy army and Navy markers are removed from areas analogous to Territories in Risk you do not control (If multiple Diplomacy areas cover a single Risk area, all the Risk areas must be under enemy control for your Diplomacy token to be removed). Each Supply Center you control in Diplomacy grants +1 Risk army as well as the appropriate Diplomacy tokens.

When a player has their Risk turn, they also play their Diplomacy turn immediately after declaring what territories their Risk Armies are attacking. If your Diplomacy support for a region outnumbers the enemy, you count as having 5 additional Risk Armies in that territory per point of Support you have more than the enemy.

Continent Level

Each Continent Level has the following games occurring:

Ticket to Ride

Whoever wins the game in this region may pass troops in Risk or Diplomacy through it freely without it counting against normal troop movement restrictions.

Settlers of Catan

Try to lay out tiles in the approximate shape of the continent you're representing. If you're fighting a Risk battle over the continent, the number of troops you have counts towards the "Largest Army" card.

Power Grid

Chess

If you win the game of Chess, you may immediately act as if you had 1 additional Support for any Diplomacy actions against or from this Region on the map.

You are limited to building no more complete Cities in Carcassonne than you have cities or Settlements bordering this Region. If a player plays an Abbey card, immediately play Mystery at the Abbey after finishing this Carcassonne turn.
