Torias Telion is a Scout Sergeant of the Ultramarines Chapter. Having been introduced in the 5th edition Space Marine Codex, he is, of course, the BESTEST SCOUT SERGEANT EVAR. In fact, he's SO GOOD, he's loaned to other Chapters to train their Scouts.

He is the least offensive of the various Ultramarines special characters (besides Ortan Cassius), probably because he has a badass beard. His characterization in novels by Nick Kyme and Graham McNeill has also been pretty consistent as not giving a damn what the Codex Astartes says about organization and tactics.

Also note that he has a Stalker-pattern bolter, which is basically the sniper rifle version of a regular bolter. The Codex seems to imply that it's a custom weapon made just for him, whereas Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine implies they're (relatively) common... well, either that, or Captain Titus has access to special wargear from being a Captain (although he does seem to find it just laying around, so...) However Fantasy Flight Games also had the Stalker-pattern bolter as a weapon, and Chris Wraight's Blood of Asaheim also had a Space Wolf preferring one.

He is outclassed in quality of hair and quality of sniping by Cyrus.
