Usamigaras is one of the Mystaran Immortals worshipped in the ancient civilization of Cynidicea, now recalled only as The Lost City due to its descent into decadent ruin as a result of the Cult of Zargon. As such, very little is actually known about this Immortal or its counterparts Gorm and Madarua. All information on them that exists hails from the original module B4: The Lost City for BECMI, or the Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition update from Dragon Magazine #315.

In the Cynidicean pantheon, Usamigaras is the God of Healing, Messengers and Thieves, depicted as a cheerful, smiling winged child with a wand in one hand and a serpent in the other. His faithful tend to tattoo his symbol on their right palms, and the Magi of Usamigaras - the remnant of his cult in Cynidicea - wear smiling child masks and rainbow-colored robes in his honor. Usamigaras is worshipped on certain days marked by cosmic alignments, making astrology an important part of a faithful follower's study.

The Magi exult magic as a sacred gift, and thusly look down on fighters or non-magical demihumans like dwarves and halflings, although unlike their rival cults they have no gender prejudices.
