Formed in 2007, Warlord games is a miniatures company based in Nottingham, England which makes science fiction and fantasy games but whose predominant focus is on historical games. They are known for games such as: Bolt Action, Pike & Shotte, Black Powder, Black Seas, SPQR and Hail Caesar all taking place in separate times. Their primary science fiction game is Beyond the Gates of Antares [1], designed by Rick Priestley.
They also make a wide variety of high quality terrain, representing a wide span of time periods and tech levels, from medieval castles to high tech shield barriers.
