Interrogator (Warhammer+ series)

Interrogator is an animated web series streamed on GeeDubs' polarizing streaming platform Warhammer+. It distinguishes itself from the other animations on the platform by being a noir-esque tale set in the underbelly of a hive city on a planet that's found itself on the wrong side of the galaxy's great ass-crack. While competently voice acted and a mostly interesting narrativem, the animation quality at times is just as poor as some other series on the platform, keeping up with the tradition of GW paying animation studios peanuts. Keeping with the noir aesthetic, the whole show is in black and white.

Synopsis

The show follows Jurgen, an Interrogator who served under Inquisitor Bellona before she was killed. He teams up with Baldur, another member of Bellona's retinue to investigate her murder. This gets him mixed up with crime-lords, politics and some secret Inquisition operation. It's also appears that Bellona was probably up to no good to begin with.
