Ishtar is an ancient Mesopotamian goddess who was worshipped by the Sumerians, Akkadians, Babylonians, and Assyrians.

Was part of the pantheons along with the Egyptian pantheon that destroyed the Imaskar and their Anti-god wards at the behest of slaves and Ao, getting around the barrier by deepstriking physical avatars though the Astral Plane, then becoming the gods of the Untheric.
Later when Enlil left Toril, so did Ishtar and handed over her portfolio and other copyrights to Isis of the Mulhorandi pantheon, the other imported peoples the Imaskarens enslaved.
