1 Ancient History (Possibly before the Horus Heresy, but so far in the past that the Precinct has all but forgotten its origins)
2-4 M.31-M.35 (Well enough in the past that the Precinct has an established history in its sector and is considered a venerated institution)
5-7 M.36-M.41 (More recent foundings either to bring the Lex to newly discovered or conquered worlds, or to refound the Arbites presence in a region that rebelled and was reconquered).
8 M.42 (Founded to maintain the peace either in the regions shrouded by the Noctus Aeterna in the wake of the Great Rift or to bolster the Imperial presence in Imperium Sanctus in the wake of the Indomitus Crusade)
Purpose of Founding

1-2 Rebel Scum! (Founded to bust up discontent, rebellious thoughts, and striking workers before it gets out of hand. This precinct is at home policing dissenters directly, being a public intimidation force that prefers to keep the population on edge and preventative enforcement.)
3-4 Xenos Filth! (Founded to handle illegal trade of xenotech or wipe out a burgeoning Genestealer Cult before it can get too large. This precinct hits hard and fast as a rule to prevent things from getting out of hand.)
5-6 Heretic Dogs! (Founded to bring the Emperor's Judgement onto a budding heretic cult, whether that be non-approved Emperor worship or a full blown Chaos Cult. This precinct considers open war, or at least constant gang or cult conflict, an unfortunate inevitability and prepares for it on the regular.)
7-8 Attention Block-Fodder! (Founded to be the wardens of a planet or system-wide prison populace and make sure that Penal Workers and Legionnaires serve their sentences with distinction and minimal complaint. This precinct is always at high attention, their location being a natural hotbed of lexbreaking given that it is already populated by recidivists.)
9-10 Malefactor Located! (Founded to be support or supplant a planetary police force due to either a large planetary population, gross enforcer incompetence, or strategic importance of the planet or sector in question. Being essentially a standard posting, this precinct has the time for thorough investigations and more even handed applications of force.)
Devotion to the Lex

1 Lip-Service (These Arbitrators only pay token fealty to the Emperor's laws, and routinely take the Lex into their own hands)
2-5 Standard Devotion (These Arbitrators are willful and faithful stewards and servants of the Lex)
6 Fanatical Faith (These Arbitrators are devout and pious, truly believing in the Lex as holy writ that must be enforced as strictly and exactly as possible).

1-2 Sprays of Lead (The humble shotgun is the well-worn workhorse of these Arbitrators, able to inspire fear and bring down any lex-breaker with ruthless ease)
3-4 Fulminus Blows (The shock maul is a potent tool in the arsenal of the Arbitrator, able to batter through thick armor and hides and give a nasty jolt to lex-breakers of all sizes)
5-6 Armored Might (In their stalwart Repressor Pattern Rhinos, the Arbitrators make rolling fortifications and riot control that can press back the teeming masses with minimal risk)
7-8 Voices from On High (To inspire the faithful and terrify the heretic, Nuncio-Aquilae are often found bellowing the Emperor's benedictions at the forefront of these Arbitrators
9-10 Hold Firm (Wielding broad Assault Shields, these Arbitrators form living walls to hold against the tide of rebels, heretics, and other assorted scum)
Standard Operating Procedures

1 Boot to the Head (These Arbitrators are unsubtle cudgels to be wielded in blunt service to the Emperor and the Lex)
2 Maul to the Spine (These Arbitrators go precisely for the root of lex-breaking with maximal force to crush any wrongdoers as swiftly as possible)
3 Shotgun to the Knees (These Arbitrators make an example of lex-breakers, leaving grisly displays of their work as a warning to any would-be ne'er-do-wells)
