Astragoth Ironhand is the High Priest of Hashut and the oldest living Chaos Dwarf Sorcerer Prophet. His mere existence makes Ghorth the Cruel, a rival Sorcerer Prophet, seethe as he basically refuses to die and give up his seat in the Tower of Zharr-Naggrund.
In his heyday, Astragoth was the most powerful of Hashut's priests, managing to live for over a thousand years and commanding plenty of influence within the ruling Conclave, to the point where he is the closest the Chaos Dwarfs have to an overall ruler. But as with all Sorcerer Prophets and Daemonsmiths of the Uzkul-Dhrazh-Zharr, such power comes at a price. The Curse of Stone has taken its toll on him, petrifying his legs into immobility and rendering his hands useless. To compensate, he relies on a magic-powered exoskeleton suit that he built a decade prior to walk around and fight.
