Worst kept secret in WH40k...ever...

The Book of Salvation is a revered tome of the Dark Angels and their super secret book that catalogues the DEFINITELY NOT HERETICAL SUBJECT MATTER. IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN EZEKIEL'S PERSONAL DIARY. MOVE ALONG.

Overview[edit]

But more seriously though, this book never leaves the side of the Chapter's Chief Librarian (currently Ezekiel), the book contains the names of those Fallen that have been captured, often using their own blood as ink. The book is carried by the Chief Librarian until his death, when it is passed to his successor.

Due to the sheer number of 'perceived' damning evidence it would put on the Dark Angels as it is basically a book that catalogues their deepest, darkest secrets. Conventional wisdom goes that the book would be securely stored within the deepest pits of The Rock right? Wrong! Ezekiel, for some reason, really likes to bring his great big book of HERESY in whatever warzone the Dark Angels is fighting on.

Seriously what the fuck? It's like the equivalent of Dante giving Gabriel Seth Sanguinius' last feather out in public during the Devastation of Baal, but at least the Blood Angels had a good excuse to let that relic out of the bag. Ezekiel...does not...

Crunch[edit]

Surprisingly enough, this book has rules. If Ezekiel uses this book, than any friendly Dark Angels within six inches who get killed in the Fight phase, may immediately pile in and make one more attack before they die.
