Mutations[edit]

  • Eyes of Brewing Passion - At will, lightning sparks though Hasab's dream-kissed eyes, triggering a similar heat in the hearts of the mortals who meet his gaze. If a mortal fails a diff 2 Temperance roll, they take -1 to their MDV involving Hasab for the scene. Supernaturals are not affected, but it looks pretty. (Affliction)
  • Hungry - Due to the rather... large amounts of drugs that Hasab has taken, he has found himself needing more fuel for his body. He needs 25% more food than normal, and it takes half the time for him to start taking penalties for not eating. The penalties get worse every half-day and he suffers a -1 internal penalty to all Survival rolls to find enough food. And people wonder why he eats something as fast to make as ramen. :V (Deficiency)

Hegra[edit]

  • First Hegra Excellency - 1m per die, Reflexive (1 for attack, 2 for defend), Combo-OK, Instant - Hasab can use this charm for savage and beautiful actions, especially involving his passions. Pleasure also can be aided, tempting and seeking it, as well as debasing societies, or forging unity, though it can't help with things that put goals over his happiness, nor for things he truly doesn't care about.
  • Abundant Euphoria Apothecary - 3m, Simple, Combo-OK, Poison, Touch, Instant - He can create a drug from dreams and emotions and spread with it with a touch. The victim must resist with Stamina + Integrity, with diff (Essence). Failure means -1 on all dice pool and static values, +1 for every success they failed to meet the roll by, for one scene.
  • Ominous Storm-Cloud Mien - 3m, Simple (3 in long ticks), Combo-OK, Compulsion, Social, Instant - After making a Charisma + Performance roll (adding Essence in sux), if Hasab makes over a listener's MDV, the person is hit with UMI to pay attention. He doesn't need to talk to do so, combat nullifies it, and it only lasts until his next action.
  • Mad-Eyed Ragamuffin Allure - -, Permanent, Permanent - Hasab doesn't take social penalties for not having the right clothes and his Appearance penalty can't exceed (4-Essence).

  • Factual Determination Analysis - 2m, Reflexive, Combo-OK, Instant - Hasab can see if a statement is seen true or false by the speaker, though it is best to often check a statement in different parts to see where the truth breaks down.
  • Essence-Dissecting Stare - (8 - Per or Occ)m, Simple, Combo-Basic, One Hour - It's AESS.
  • Mind-Hand Manipulation - 10m, Simple, Combo-OK, Obvious, Sorcerous, Indefinite - Dexterity of his Willpower, Strength of his Essence. He uses Occult as the 'main' stat for it. He gets an attack option as well:

Telekinetic Blow: Speed 5, Acc (Will + Occ), Dam (Essence)B, Def (Will + Occ) Rate (Essence), Range (Will + Essence)
Telekinetic Blade: Same, but Dam (Essence)L piercing, agg to Wyld)

  • Loom-Snarling Deception - (10-Essence, 7m), Simple, Combo-OK, Illusion, Shaping, Indefinite - Creates a perfect disguise, plus a destiny to fool the Loom.
  • Cracked Cell Circumvention - 2m, or 2m, 1wp, Reflexive (1 or 2), Combo-OK, Instant - Doubles the successes of a valid action, or doubles the size of a static pool. If for an attack, the accuracy successes double before applying MDV. Can supplement any action that directly helps Hasab personally escape physical restraints or confinement.
