Narsea Ciryn
Exposed to an exterminatus apparently sometime in the Scouring according to Mechanicum experts, as the Imperium had not yet perfected the art of massed Cyclonic torpeado bombardment by then and it apprently shows in how the continents were cracked up, the reasons Ciryn III was purged have been heavily censored in the years since as have any records of what it was before. During the last days of what would become known as the Forging a group of Mars Tech-Piest chose the planet as the testing grounds for the Narsea, a Dark age terraforming device rediscovered towards the end of the Great Crusade, that was supposedly able to make planets like the dead-world liveable. Alas though field testing began on the newly renamed "Narsea Ciryn" progress was extrememly slow due to the over-methodical nature of the Ad-Mech itself. So slow in fact that the Moirae Schism would sadly rob the Ad-Mech of the Narsea's STC while the Ciryn project was only half-way through stage 2 of the process forcing them to put the experiment on hold indefinately until a freak astroid would hit the abandoned Ad-Mech outpost some 3600 years later sending it crashing down onto the lifeless world and causing the experiment to be declared offically defunct.
However, though the nature of the Terraforming program was been lost to the Ad-Mech whatever it was had somehow worked and Circa M39.900 a Mechanicus expedition to see if anything in the wrecked station was reclamable found that though still dead, the planet had effectively recovered from the destruction wrought upon it by the Exterminatus and had regained something of an Atmosphere. Declaring this miracle of technology to be the work of the Ommnisah a less sophisticated terraforming project was set up by Mars to transport vaulble Soil and Bactirea from the Vines and later Fortimuous VI from two sectors over, then a selection of Imperium-approved Fuana and Plantlife was sent in to take root before =]REDACTED[= later being identified as a side-effect of Stage two of the Narsea not being finished properly, netherless once it had stopped and the Ad-Mech had made sure that it wouldn't happen =]REDACTED[= Narsea Ciryn was cleared for re-population and circa M41.300 several thousand of souls from the Underhives of Mamalm, Skaði XVIII and Rezekgulda were settled on the new frontire world, though an Administirial mishap did mean the extra souls had to be brought in from the depths of Lomka-I Skaði XVIII again and Mamalm to replace all the people who starved. Outside of this one incident the Planets Early days have otherwise gone reasonably well so far.
