Subastas is the god fire, harsh law of the desert, and trade worshipped in Asherak. He's the son of Mormo and a djinn sultan.
Appearance[edit]
Subastas appears as tall, red-skinned man in a desert garb, short horns sprouting underneath his headdress. He appears outfitted for war, carrying a huge longbow apparently made from the tusks of a enormous elephant, and a great scimitar at his belt.
Worshippers[edit]
Subastas is invoked when people make pacts and agreements, and to bring destruction to those who break them. His followers are often masters at subverting the spirit of the law in favor of the letter and bartering, not caring about the moral quality of business arrangements. His followers often come into conflict with the followers of Manawe, Subastas' half-sister, as well as with those of Tamul, who's seen as the opposite of Subastas, tough there is an uneasy truce between them.
