TEW - Fiends - The Bleeder

The Bleeder, also known as The Red Puss, The Bloodcat or, somewhat humorously, The Crimson Kitty is a strange creature sometimes claimed to be seen in the megacities. There isn’t proof enough to be sure about the truth, but it has allegedly been seen in several cities by several different individuals. The creature appears as a diabolical cat with red eyes and large teeth and claws. Depending on who’s telling the story, it either leaves behind a trail of blood or is itself formed out of pools of blood, appearing in the aftermath of murders and accidents alike. What frightens people the most though, is the fact that if the Bleeder cuts you, you do not stop bleeding. It might even start bleeding anew from pre-existing wounds or from your nose and mouth - or at least, that’s what the legend says.
