Avalus was a world that has managed to (with difficulty) hold back the Thousand Eyes without the aid of Astartes or proper Imperial support. It was here that Lion was announced into the wider astropathic choir regarding his return, as well as where he received his combi-plasma relic pistol, Arma Luminis, to serve as the symbol of his station.
*'''Camarth''' - The first world that the Lion emerged from once he woke up. He immediately then stomped some mutated beasts, met Zabriel (who immediately tried to kill him) and the two solo'd the planet and liberated it from the Thousand Eyes warband. Camarth was once an outpost world owned and operated by a Blood Angels' successor chapter, where the Thousand Eyes conquered it and sought to experiment on the Black Rage induced in the surviving Astartes they captured. After putting them out of their misery, Lion and Zabriel led a force to capture the city's capital, and Camarth was officially liberated. Hilariously, when another Fallen named Baelor, second in command of the Thousand Eyes, came back to figure out what happened, he promptly got called a shithead and told to leave. Camarth is also where the original Lion’s Guard was raised in the Primarch’s name. Unfortunately they would be the sole survivors of the planet once the Thousand Eyes returned to raze it to the ground to draw him out.
*'''Sable''' - Not much is known about this world, other than that the population of it was butchered to create an orbital bone platform for the Thousand Eyes' nefarious deeds, before it was promptly blown up by the Lion's fleet while he duked it out with the warband.
