===The Regency of Thorns=== A secret army of Fairy Hunters initially formed out of the families of taken Changelings. Founded by an allegedly exiled member of the True Fae known as ''The King of Dead Leaves'' who was banished for supposedly preventing the other Arcadian True Fae from invading our world. The exiled king claims that [[DOOM: Repercussions of Evil|the Changeling Fetches are in fact the actual person instead of being a magical construct, and that the Changelings are actually the false beings who are the vanguard of the invasion sent out to unwittingly unravel the Hedge and terraform the world into something tolerable to the True Fae.]] The King was assassinated by a cold-iron crossbow bolt in a big fuck-fuck of a diplomatic meeting with several Changeling Courts and Freeholds, and no-one knows who it was that fired the shot. The Regency brings powerful Thorn-apples to the hunt, a type of goblin-fruit that can bestow powers upon the eater... for a price.
