What is a man? A miserable pile of secrets.
Greg Stafford was the greatest troll in all of gaming history. He invented a world of clusterwack called Glorantha so that he could pretend to be an ancient Viking bard and score chicks. This all happened in the 1960s while he was dropping out of art school for the seventh time.
Created and was president of Chaosium , best known for Call of Cthulhu, Pendragon and (of course) RuneQuest.
To the day of his death, there were dirty secrets of the Gloranthan Luftwaffe that Stafford would not reveal to his microlegion of adoring RuneTards. Not that this stopped them from plotting to force the answers from his sacred golden mausoleum. After they've built it, that is.
