Mytteri ("Rebellion") is a minor deity from the Ravenloft setting of Dungeons & Dragons... so minor, in fact, that there's almost no information presented on him! Mytteri is described in the fifth and last of the Ravenloft Gazetteers, as part of the expose on the church of The Lawgiver. In their doctrine, Mytteri is an evil anti-god, an incarnation of nihilistic, solipsistic malignancy that drives individuals to destroy the natural order in the name of self-interest and self-gratificiation. Arcane magic is seen as Mytteri's poisoned "gift" to the mortal world, a tool by which the evil may fight against the natural order decreed by the Lawgiver.

And that is... literally, all we know about him. The above statblock for his church is presented as a theoretical exercise, based on this limited knowledge.
