- – Monodrone 439 of the 7th Brigade of the 9th Sector

The Transcendant Order, also known as the Ciphers, are a Faction in Planescape defined by their belief in the power of instinct, and the purity that comes from thoughtlessness. They argue that the path to power comes from learning one's place in the multiverse, from understanding one's precise place in space and time, through training one's mind and body to act in harmony without the need for intervening thought.
