Black Crusade

FFG's Black Crusade RPG introduced a human archetype called the Flesh Shaper of Melancholia as a Fleshcrafter for the insane, depraved Slaanesh bastards in the Tome of Excess. Rather than building things out of crafted bits though, these fleshcrafters are insane surgeons-cum-ritualists who twist the anatomy of living beings, granting themselves various temporary traits as well as twisting others into becoming slaves.

A lot of this is centered around a special ritual, one that lets them rip out various parts of (likely unwilling) subjects before surgically grafting them onto the main subject of the ritual. Of course, these rituals are also acts made to honor the Prince of Excess as well, meaning that these operations were usually done while dealing with either brain-meltingly loud music or overpowering scented oils.
