Do you like having a hand full of counters, combat tricks, and other things that mess with your opponent on his own turn? You know, the wonderful things that make scrubs hate blue. Do you like you're opponents having no tricks in their hands during you're turn (fuck blue players!)? Do you like card advantage? Well for a low price of 10 mana (the highest of any praetor) all this can be yours. At the beginning of your end step, you draw seven cards. And your opponents maximum hand size shrinks by 7 (which under normal circumstances makes it 0). Oh yeah he has flash, so that is fun too.
