Khaine may have died, but his heart still lived. A faction of Khaine-worshipping aelves led by Morathi, who is leeching off of their worship in the hopes of becoming a goddess (and was transformed into a winged Medusa-like creature due to her little stay with Slaanesh between AoS and the End Times); while Khaine could be reborn through the worship and sacrifices of his servants, he won't be so long as Morathi keeps redirecting all of the worship intended for him to herself. They have the Witch Elves, Doomfire Warlocks, and the two kits; Cauldron of Blood and Bloodwrack Shrine. They also have several new units formed from elf souls that retain a degree of Slaaneshi corruption, much like Morathi herself: the serpentine Melusai and the bat-winged Khinerai.

Morathi thinks of Varanspire a legitimate threat, and all damage done here is good.

Faction Overview

Typical glass cannons as always: Witches, Melusai and Kyrenai form the roster.

  • Fast: lot of thing are 5" and beyond and with flyers
  • Lot of attacks:' 4+ attack and even a 6+, easy to fish for crits.

The low strength and damage can of set with abilities [Double] Bathe in Blood, [Triple] Slaughter's Strength, and [Triple] Sacrifice to Khaine which boost attack and Strength, Don't fix damage problem but your landing more hits and some my crit.

Witch Aelf With Sacrificial Knives and Bladed Buckler

    • Weapons:
      • Dagger-Range 1"; Attacks 3; Strength 3; Damage 1/3
  • Fighter Commentary - Trade +1 attack for +1 Toughness. Better at not dying and holding thier ground. For 10 points, they are more likly to Live longer, which is only seperior in campains to save money.

    • Weapons:
      • Reach Weapon-Range 2"; Attacks 3; Strength 3; Damage 1/4
  • Fighter Commentary - A defensive version on the Sister of Slaughter. SLightly less fragile like the Witch Aelf with Buckler but it also has a 2" reach weapon, helping to zone out enemies for a little more defense.

    • Rule: Agile, Fly
    • Weapons:
      • Dagger-Range 1"; Attacks 4; Strength 3; Damage 1/4

    • Rule:Agile, Fly
    • Weapons:
      • Spear-Range 8"; Attacks 2; Strength 4; Damage 1/4
  • Fighter Commentary - Sacrifice mibile damge for killing at a safe dictacen. They can make safer use of [Quad] Death on the Wind at exchanging DBS. Overall more will generat more value over time then Lifetakers as they don't have to be in dagrouse situations.
