Zhakata is a deity worshipped in the domain of G'henna in the Dungeons & Dragons setting of Ravenloft. In-universe, it is a fictitious deity, born from the madness of Yagno Petrovna, whose sacrifices to the false god made him the Darklord of G'henna.
Zhakata is considered to be a god of famine in his Devourer aspect, and of plenty in his Provider aspect. He is believed to be currently in his Devourer aspect, and must be appeased by the sacrifice of food. Eventually, when he is sated, he will return to earth in his Provider aspect and turn the sorry state of G'Henna around into an era of bountiful harvests and general happiness.
