Codex - Dark Eldar Angry Emo Edition
Introduction
Angry codexes are an attempt to improve internal and external balance. Check out the Angry Codex hub for the other angry codexes.
This codex will aim to lower the army´s number of poison and lance weaponry, this will be done to decrease the Deldars inborn proffeciency against monsters and Armour 14. This codex will feature a general buff to the codex.
Before you read any further, if you are a masochist and you just love your stuff getting killed/destroyed en masse. These changes will dissapoint you.

Scew deepstriking D flamers
Dark Eldar are Desperate Allies with Eldar. Note that this means Eldar do not benefit from flickerfields and night shields. They are still Battle Brothers with Harlequins. Note that if you are using the Angry Muchking Eldar then they will count as Battle Brothers as normal.

Flickerfield
A model with a flickerfield has a 5+ invulnerable save. All friendly infantry, jump infantry, jetbike, monster and beast units within 6" gains a 5+ invulnerable save.
Night Shields
A model with night shields has the Stealth special rule. All friendly infantry, jump infantry, jetbike, monster and beast units within 6" counts as obscured and gain a 5+ cover save.

- Darklight: When rolling on the strength D table, subtract 2 from the D6 result. Treat any roll below 2 as 1.

- Splinterstorm: Splinterstorm weapons unleash a hail of deadly spikes, those not immedietly killed make even better targets for other Dark Eldar who will aim for already bleeding wounds, bypassing armor and amplifying the pain their victims are experiencing. When a unit suffers one or more wounds, saved or otherwise, from a weapon with this rule, place a splinterstorm counter next to the unit. When a Dark Eldar Unit is shooting a unit with one or more splinterstorm counters you may remove all of them to gain one of the following special rules for this attack:

A court of the archon cannot fill the minimum requirement of HQ choices in a detachment/formation.

Troops
Kabalite Warriors
- Replace Splinter Rifle with Shard Rifle
- Change point cost to 35 base and 7 per additional warrior.
Wyches
WS 5, Replace splinter pistol with shard pistol. Now have the Crusader, Bloodthirst and Swiftstride Special Rules.
- Bloodthirst When causing unsaved wounds in an assault, a model with this special rule may immediately make additional attacks equal to the number of wounds it inflicted this turn at the same initiative step.
- Swiftstride Units with one or more models with this rule may run twice during the shooting phase.
Dodge rule is changed.
- Dodge A model with this rule has a 4+ invulnerable in the fight sub-phase. While within 6" of a model with a flickerfield, this save is changed to 4+ invulnerable save against shooting attacks and 3+ invulnerable save against close combat attacks.
Elites
Kabalite Trueborn
- Are equipped with ghostplate armor, splinter rifles, shard pistols, power swords and plasma grenades
- Increase point cost to 14
- May exchange Splinter Rifles for Shard Carbines for 3 pts/model
- May get Haywire Grenades at 2 pts/model
- May get combat drugs at 2 pts/model
Dracon
- has WS/BS 5
- may choose one of the following 3 upgrades:
- master of poison - The Dracon and his squads poison weapons increase their poison by one (e.g. poison(4+) becomes poison(3+)) - 15 pts
- advanced targeting devices - The Dracon and his squad fire snapshots at BS 2 - 20 pts
- shadowfield - The Dracon is now equipped with a shadow field - 30 pts
Bloodbrides
WS 6, Initiative 8. Replace splinter pistol with shard pistol. Now have the Crusader, Rampage, Monomolecular Blades and Swiftstride rules.
- Monomolecular Blades In the fight sub-phase, units with this special Rule treat successful to wound rolls of 6 as AP2.
- Swiftstride Units with one or more models with this rule may run twice during the Shooting phase.
Dodge rule is changed.
- Dodge A model with this rule has a 4+ invulnerable in the fight sub-phase. While within 6" of a model with a flickerfield, this save is changed to 4+ invulnerable save against shooting attacks and 3+ invulnerable save against close combat attacks.
The entire squad may take haywire grenades - 2 pts/model
Incubi
WS 7. Now have the masters of melee rule.
- Masters of Melee Models with this rule cannot be hit easier than on a 4+. Models with this rule hit all modes, except other Incubi and models with WS 10, on 3+.

Khymera now have the Flicker Attacks rule.
- Flicker Attacks A model with this rule gains rending while within 6" of a model with a flickerfield.
Reaver Jetbikes

- Now costs 17 points per model.
Raider

- Armed with night shields.
- May not replace disingtegrator cannon with dark lance.
- May instead replace disintegrator cannon with dark laser - 5 pts.
Venom

- Replace splinter cannon with shard cannon.
Hellions
- Sv 4+.
- Now have the Skilled Rider, Jink, Precision Shots and Precision Strikes rules.
- Hellions and Helliarchs now have the Dodge rule.
- Dodge A model with this rule has a 4+ invulnerable in the fight sub-phase. While within 6" of a model with a flickerfield, this save is changed to 4+ invulnerable save against shooting attacks and 3+ invulnerable save against close combat attacks.
Razorwing Jetfighter

- Armed with Flickerfield.
- Armed with four implosion missiles instead of four monoscythe missiles.
- May exchange all implosion missiles for necrotoxin missiles - 30 pts
