Manga

A Manga is like an Anime only in paper form. In fact many Anime are taken from Manga, and instead of waiting for the series to finish they'll just animate what's out until they run out of actual source material. But instead of stopping there like any sane person would, the Japanese start making shit up and make what is called filler arcs until they have enough of the Manga stocked up that they can get back to the real plot.
