Slayers is an animu that began way back in 1995 when most animus weren't about lolis and food and still had some WIN left in them (this is a lie, animu was never good). It follows the adventures of the absurdly overpowered sorceress Lina Inverse and her companions: The idiot Gourry, the chimera Zelgadis, the princess Ameila, and in the movies and OVA - the sorceress Naga (notable for her huge tits and annoying laughter). The anime looks and feels like a dream version of Dungeons and Dragons, without the LAWL RANDUM Chaotic Neutral players, the jackasses and the rule lawyers.
