The Land's Protectorate are a group of halfling clerics who act as the leaders of the halflings religion in The Burrows.

Halfling Spirituality

While halflings outside of The Burrows follow whatever the local faith is, in The Burrows they follow their own faith. They don't revere any of the gods, but rather the balance between the land and the people, giving respect to the land and the barriers between this world and the Shadow World.

Worshippers

Despite not worshipping any of the gods, the members of Land's Protectorate gain access to divine spells. No one knows where they get them, but many suspect them being given to them by either Erik, the forest god, or Sera, who reveres balance herself. The clerics help other halflings of the realm learn how to use their innate Shadow World abilities and protect the balance of the land and people.
