Hobgobla Khan

Hobgobla Khan was the leader of the Hobgoblin Khanate, the "government" so to speak of the vast Hobgoblin hordes within the Eastern Steppes in Warhammer Fantasy. Whilst there were multiple Hobgoblin Khans, each ruling over their own smaller tribe, they all technically owed fealty to the Hobgobla Khan, sort of like a High King. Whether Hobgobla was his actual name or just a title is unknown. What is known is that he was a major threat to Cathay, as in older lore, it was stated that it was not the Chaos Warriors from the north that lead the Dragon Emperor to create the Great Bastion, but rather the threat of Hobgobla's Greenskin hordes stretching across the horizon. Add in the fact that Hobgobla had to manage ruling over the Hobgoblin race, a subvariety of Greenskin who manage to out-backstab the Skaven and Hung, and we're looking at a mastermind of a hobgoblin here.
