Juan Federico

Juan Federico is a fan-made special character for the Estalia army created by the Warhammer Army Project in their fandex for this unexplored part of the Warhammer Fantasy Battles world.

Also known as "El Lider Glorioso", Juan Federico is the current Grand Master of the Order of the Righteous Spear, a Myrmidian order of Knights Templar. He's also regarded as the most bloodthirsty and heartless Grand Master to ever hold the title.

He wasn't always a bastard, but the combination of the death of his beloved wife Sofia in childbirth and an inability to find death to the extent of often miraculous-seeming interventions of luck combined to both harden his heart and convince him that he had been chosen by Myrmidia himself. He joined the Order of the Righteous Spear and worked his way up, growing ever more obsessed with persecuting heretics and unbelievers.

On the tabletop, Juan uses up a Lord slot and costs 320 points. His stats are: Movement 4, Weapon Skill 6, Ballistic Skill 5, Strength 4, Toughness 4, Wounds 3, Initiative 6, Attacks 4, and Leadership 9. He rides a standard Barded Warhorse.

His special rules are:

• Tactical Supremacy: Roll 3d6 when taking test to Rally, March, Reform, or Redirect Charge, and discard the highest.
• Righteous Charge: When charging, Juan can re-roll failed To Wound rolls.
• Grand Master: Juan is Immune to Psychology, as is any unit he joins.

He carries three magic items; the Sword of Retribution (Magic Weapon, +1 Strength, Flaming Attacks, D3 Multiple Wounds); the Armor of Virtue (Full Plate, bearer and his unit rolls 3d6 for Break tests), and the Eagle of Myrmidia (Immune to Multiple Wounds and Killing Blow).
