Nerra
The Nerra are a mysterious and obscure race from the equally obscure Plane of Mirrors. Nerra are humanoids with smooth, mirror-like skin. They come in several subraces: the Sillit (mages), Varoot (rogues), Kalareem (fighters), meerak (unknown, but had jagged, sharp edges on their bodies), delphar (generals), and teltarym (laborers). All Nerra, regardless of role, have the ability to reflect spells and gaze attacks back at their caster and to teleport via mirrors, with Varoots and Sillits having extra spell-like abilities.
Nerra society is largely unknown, as these creatures are highly isolationist and consider themselves naturally superior to all races from the Prime Material. What most non-Nerra do know is that the Nerra use their mirrors to observe the other planes, occasionally leaving their home plane to gather extra information or kidnap mortals for some secret purpose. While their motives remain as unexplored as the Nerra themselves, one theory is that they're actually planning an invasion of the Prime Material. In the Plane of Mirrors, the Nerra are ruled by the Sillit, who seem to lead only by necessity and not by desire for power, and despite their predjudice against non-Nerra, they attempt to hold a neutral outlook on most things.
The Nerra may or may not be the creations of the yet-more-obscure Kamerel, who were the original Outsider inhabitants of the Outlands before the Rilmani came and pointed out that their 'maintain a balance' brand of True Neutral was far more interesting than the Kamerel's 'ignore literally everything that isn't you' brand, and took their place.
