Ten of Spades: 'Atonement'

My name is Jake, and I’ve got one of the guns. The big ones. The legendary ones. Mine is the Ten of Spades, “Atonement.”

Why this gun chose me, I’ll never know. Atonement is a lawman’s gun, the gun of the righteous. Before, I hated the evil of this world, but never really found the motivation to stop it. I even once walked away when I saw a woman being brutally raped by some punk gang.

Now, though, I have to stop it. I must prevent evil. These guns, they’re not normal guns. Obviously they’re more powerful than regular ones, but there’s something different. Now, if I see something bad going on, my insides burn and my head pounds until I intervene. After I put down the criminal bastards, there’s this high like you wouldn’t ever imagine, even from the crazy shit those wasters sell. Essentially, the gun has me hostage, but I don’t mind.

Now I have the power to destroy the enemies of justice. In my hands is the hammer of the righteous. May whatever lies beyond here have mercy on those who would stop me. I will not.
