One of the new had always been in the Background chapters, like being in the 3 Wars for Armageddon. Storm Giants Are Strong men of Astaras. They’re damnably strong, even by the standards of a Marine, as well as being tall. Basically a chapter of mini-Primarchs or trial prototype Primarises. The only thing really memorable about them is that they are one of the few chapters that might be Salamanders successors.
