Abrahamic Mythology
Nephilim are mentioned in Genesis and Numbers. The word is frequently translated as giants, but sometimes it is left untranslated. Some biblical scholars think they are half-fiends or meant foreign demigods before "there can be only one true god" thing was codified.
Magic: The Gathering
Nephilim are four-colored creatures from Ravnica.
Pathfinder
There are Native Outsiders called Nephilim that appear in Bestiary 3.
Warhammer 40k

The Nephilim are a race of minor Xenos. They parasitically psychically fed on faith, tricking planets into worshipping them in return for paradise in the hereafter whilst draining entire worlds of their life force.
