Their Chapter Master, Dagiel Harn, saw no reason for the Prime Absolvers to feel the responsibility borne by many of the Unforgiven Chapters. To Harn the Fallen Angels are no different to other traitors. Though he established an Inner Circle and specialized Companies, he sees his Chapter's mission as hunting all the Emperor's foes equally. (Basically knock-off Angels of Absolution, but less cool).
