Yog-Sothoth, about to make Palace of the Silver Princess look like a charity module.

Yog-Sothoth is one of the Outer Gods of the Cthulhu Mythos. He is most famous for knocking up Lavinia Whateley, a white trash woman in rural Massachusetts who then gave birth to two children: Wilbur, who appeared human from the neck up but had reptilian skin, hairy satyr-like legs, a tail, and a bunch of tentacles protruding from his stomach, and the titular "Dunwich Horror", an invisible monster the size of a house that rampaged through town until some professors from Miskatonic University killed it with science.

His most common depiction in art (aside from the obligatory roiling mass of tentacles, eyes and mouths) is as a floating collection of multicolored spheres.

All of Pathfinder's Lovecraftian gods are said to be gods of the Dark Tapestry, the black void of space that exists between the stars in the night sky. Well, according to ancient legends, Yog-Sothoth is the Dark Tapestry. His favored avatar is the Great Old One Tawil at'Umer.
