Fleets of Commorragh
The Fleets of Commorragh is the name used to denote any Eldar fleet originating from Commorragh itself. They are one of the principal tools for the sweaty pain goblins that allows them to partake in their raids of galactic murderfucking and are, therefore, one of the edgiest ships both in the figurative and literal sense of the word.
Owing true to their ground and tabletop counterparts, Dark Eldar naval ships are even MORE of a glass cannon than their more celibate counterparts. They are essentially the Ferraris and Lamborghinis of Battlefleet Gothic: Armada II. They are a high risk, high reward faction which could break apart like cotton candy in the middle of a hurricane on a bad day, to handing out criticals like there's no tomorrow on a good day.
The Dark Eldar has one of the smallest collections of vessels in 40k, lower than even the Necrons. They lack any Heavy or Grand Cruiser classes as they are based entirely on raiding weak and undefended worlds. However, they do have more variety in Battleship classes compared to the Craftworlds and Eldar Corsairs.
Compared to their Elfdar cousins, whose ships look like organic fishes or whales. Dark Eldar naval ships are sleek, thin and covered in giant fucking blades. While this makes them lethal in ramming other ships in theory, the reality is that their standard-issue wet-tissue paper hull makes them take just as much damage on them as they are, inflicting on their victims. Instead, the Fleets of Commorragh are built on speed and agility, making them extremely dangerous in ambushing prey in hit and run tactics. Moreover, in order to improve on their ambush capabilities, the Dark Eldar forego the illusionary effects of a Holo-Field for the more elusive Shadowfield, which is a giant cloaking device that hides their ships from enemy radar. Of course, the Shadowfield only works if their ships are moving at the bare minimum of 50% thrust, or else it collapses...for some reason.

In Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2
The most glass cannon of glass cannons. Playing Dark Eldar in BF:A2 is a lot like playing Dark Eldar on normal tabletop. These your elite faction meant for only the most experienced of players. They are a high risk and high reward faction that allows you to do a tremendous and ludicrous amounts of criticals (Destroying enemy fleets before they even notice), but any wrong step will punish your cardboard vessels into crumpled tissue paper. Their Shadowfield as aforementioned replaces the Holo-Fields of both Craftworld Eldars and Eldar Corsairs. However it should be noted that a Shadowfield is not a shield or barrier per se, but an active camouflage system. What this means is that, if something hits your ship, its gonna hit HARD with full damage. So you must really rely on your ships' speed to evade counterfire as you are not taking it to the face like Void Shields nor are you gonna get any damage reduction through a Holo-Field. Fortunately, Dark Eldar vessels hit like a freight train with the highest crit chances out of any faction. While they may not do so hot in close combat, their giant blades that our BDSM knife-ears like to put on their ships mean that any enemy vessel would get a face full of surprises.
