Dahak is Golarion's Tiamat equivalent, being the Evil dragon god worshiped by Chromatic Dragons. Though Tiamat does exist in Pathfinder, she's only ever mentioned in the Draconic creation myth as Apsu's wife. Dahak was the firstborn child of Apsu and Tiamat.
