Zyphus is the Golarion god of accidental and meaningless deaths. His followers believe that any time someone dies in a pointless accident, their soul will be absorbed by Zyphus instead of going to Pharasma. Thus they engineer the deaths of people to strengthen him, somehow not realizing that a death secretly arranged for a purpose is neither accidental nor meaningless.
