The Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer's of heavy weapons.

The Field Ordnance Battery & You (Long form - The Field Ordnance Battery & You: Artillery Instruction for the Inadequate Guardsman) is a new handbook given out to Guardsman stuck in Imperium Nihilus that gives these poor bastards some rudimentary (Read: simple as a 5th Grader's math book) understanding on Imperial artillery including the newly introduced Field Ordnance Battery. In terms of quality, it is more Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer than Imperial Munitorum Manual.

Overview[edit | edit source]

First introduced by the Regimental Standard (It returns! Praise be the Emprah!), The Field Ordnance Battery & You is a hardback booklet covered and bound in relatively cheap, black and cream white leather, that offers a pictogram's worth of images so that even the most illiterate of Savage Worlders could understand appropriately.

It provides info on why a Field Ordnance Battery is a vital link in the chain of firepower and gives the reader a hilarious kindergarten-levels of info containing the critical procedures for the correct veneration, transportation, and operation of these weapons, interspersed with a handy reference guide to all 449 mandatory rites from the Artilleryman’s Operational Liturgy.

Copies of the book can be requested to a regiment’s designated Munitorum Representative, with delivery expected in as little as four Solar years. Other than this, given it is from the Regimental Standard, not much is known about this, but seeing how simple it is, there is a good chance that it is going to be used as toilet paper too.
