The main recruiting world of the Storm Wardens Space Marine Chapter. The entire planet is basically space Scotland with kilts and claymores fight with woad painted warriors. The planet itself is under quarantine from the rest of the galaxy although this is just to keep people off the planet (which is what quarantine means).
Probably has some secret way to make bad ass claymores that space marines can use in battle (in fact we know they have claymores that Space Marines use because it is part of their lore and special rules in the Deathwatch rulebook they were introduced in).
