Weeaboo Marines. And that's all we know. It was created by Victoria Lamb and appeared only in a book How to Paint Space Marines and one White Dwarf article. Judging by its heraldry and colour schemes, it's a Japanese-inspired chapter which looks awfully like Black Templars (which is funny, considering that samurai are basically Japanese knights), but with some contrasting Japanese details in red and turquoise tones. With this, you can assume that they're relative chapters, but this might not be true. Their banner and livery also use Kanji characters a lot for some reason and also a Bonzai tree.
